This is a wonderful cookie recipe for peanut butter cookies and - believe it or not - there is NO flour.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix together, roll into small balls, mash down on cookie tray with flour-dipped fork, bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.  Cool on waxed paper. Enjoy!
