White Filling Pecan Pie
This recipe will make 4 pies you can freeze the pies in a zip lock bags.

WHITE FILLING PECAN PIE

  1. 4 cups chopped pecans
  2. 4 cups sugar
  3. 3 sticks oleo (melted)
  4. 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
  5. 1 can eagle brand milk
  6. 8 eggs beaten
  7. In a large bowl mix sugar, oleo, evaporated milk and vanilla.
  8. Stir in eggs pour into pie shells ( I use the deep shells)
  9. Separate pecans into 1 cup portions. Then add each 1 cup portion into the pie
  10. ( Stir with a fork) Bake 350 for 50 to 60 min.

Will make 4 pies Can freeze in zip-lock
